McElroy manufactures an impressive variety of Fusion Machines and Accessories specifically designed for fusing together HDPE Pipe. Since the early 1950’s, McElroy has been the undisputed leader in the field, and was the first to create and incorporate a number of innovations in to their products. If you know fusion, you already know that McElroy fusion machines are hands down the toughest fusion machines in the world. After being in business for over 55 Years, they have learned a thing or two about how to do it right. Innovations such as their patented Centerline guidance systems (for perfect pressure, heat & pipe facing), and Tracked Fusion machines (for easy job site maneuverability) are just two of the many examples where McElroy has lead the industry to new frontiers. High Country Fusion is a certified distributor of McElroy Fusion Equipment.

NEW – DataLogger® 6
The DataLogger 6 captures the most important data from your fusion job site to ensure that a joint was fused with the correct pressure and times according to supported standards. The rugged, Android-powered tablet records and documents key parameters of the fusion process including heat soak times, heating pressure, open/close times, fusion time, fusion pressure and cool time. A real-time graph gives the operator immediate visual feedback and information regarding the integrity of each fusion joint.Data Sheet
The DataLogger® 5 from McElroy offers the ability to record and document the parameters of the pipe fusion process. The latest generation of the DataLogger is similar in size to the DataLogger 4, and like the DataLogger 4 has a rechargeable internal battery, and a pressure sensor with a 0 to 3,000 PSI pressure range. The FusionGuide® feature gives a faster “go/no-go” interpretation of graphs generated by the DataLogger. Trained inspectors can look at the FusionGuide data to determine if a fusion joint was fused with correct pressures and times according to supported standards.Data Sheet
The DataLogger® 4 from McElroy offers the ability to record and document the parameters of the pipe fusion process. The latest generation of DataLogger is smaller in size, has a rechargeable internal battery, double the screen resolution of previous DataLoggers, and a pressure sensor with a 0 to 3,000 PSI pressure range. The DataLogger 4 has worldwide appeal, with multilingual support and recognition of many international fusion standards.Data Sheet
The DynaMc® EPs
The DynaMc® EPs (Electric Pump) use a common, modular DynaMc EP Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) and are available in 2- and 4-jaw models. The EP HPU utilizes a standard manual carriage manifold that is powerful enough to tackle thick-walled pipe. A strong electric facer can be loaded from either side of the carriage, offering flexibility when fusing pipe in tight confines.Data Sheet
DynaMc® EP Sidewall
The DynaMc® 28 EP Sidewall is a small, versatile sidewall fusion machine. The onejaw and tailstock fusion carriage helps in fusing branch saddles with a maximum base diameter of 9.63 inches (245mm).
The 28 EP Sidewall carriage is lightweight for easy transportation to and from the jobsite. Eyelets on the top of the carriage have been incorporated for easier lifting and lowering into the ditch for work.Data Sheet
The TracStar® 412 offers a self-contained, self-propelled, track-mounted vehicle that can handle grades up to 30%. It is the number one choice on the jobsite for its ease of maneuverability and productivity gains.
New to the TracStar® 412 is an option that allows automated control and monitoring over the heat, soak, fuse and cool cycles. The Automated TracStar® 412 system guides the operator through a step by step procedure for fusing pipe. It has a built-in datalogging feature that keeps a record of each fusion joint, which allows you to verify joint integrity.Data Sheet

TracStar® 500 series III
McElroy’s TracStar® 500 Series 3 will butt fuse pipe sizes from 6″ IPS to 20″ OD (180mm – 500mm). In 1997, the TracStar 500 debuted as the world’s first self-contained, self-propelled, all-terrain fusion machine. Considered the flagship McElroy fusion machine, the success of the TracStar® 500 spawned the entire TracStar® line of fusion equipment.
The TracStar® 500 Series 3 features a facer and heater that are indexermounted and powered by the machine. A new economy engine throttle setting is standard to help conserve fuel. Hydraulic Clamping and Automatic machine versions are available.Data Sheet
McElroy’s TracStar® 630 is a self-contained, self-propelled, all-terrain fusion machine with an on-board generator for powering the heater. The carriage can be easily removed for in-ditch use. The fusion machine also comes with a wireless remote driving control. Also available is the Automated TracStar® 630 that guides the operator through a step-by-step procedure for fusing pipe. The automated option offers automated control over the heat, soak, fuse, and cool cycles of the fusion process. The TracStar® 630 is hydraulically powered to assist all fusion functions, including the operation of the jaws, pipe lifts, heater, and facer.Data Sheet
The TracStar® 900 is mounted on independently controlled, self propelled tracks and features a wireless remote driving control. Both models are hydraulically powered to assist all fusion functions, including the operation of the jaws, pipe lifts, heater and facer. The machines allow for butt fusion of most fittings without special holders or removal of outer jaw. Mitered inserts are available for fabricating ells.
The Automatic TracStar® 900 controls and monitors the heat, soak, fuse and cool cycles. It has a built-in datalogging feature that keeps a record of each fusion joint, which allows you to verify joint integrity.Data Sheet
